Tray to desolder the chip and reed again.
Thinks like that happens when you reading chip in-circuit.

I commented to me happens often with reading only circuit I make a bridge on the glass and ready and reads and writes perfectly , check the glass. I can not see the picture , that does not happen I can not see any photo or download any files but hopefully help .
