Citroen Berlingo 2010 no start no power

I am not sure if anyone can help with this car. Client lost all keys late afternoon a Friday I was in a hurry and not thinking last job. No pin code in owner’s manual so
I tried extracting pin code via odd with no stabilizer or battery Pack. It happened very quickly the window wipers come on, less the a minute later the hole car is dead am I mean dead. Nothing, No lights inside or outside not even Hazards were working nothing. Performed rest procedure many times nothing. I am sure I have corrupted data in Johnston control BSI.
My question to the best of your knowledge is can this file be altered and repaired back to its original state. Or do I need to start again with a new file, or Virgin File???
I did buy from data base file number 21366 will that help???

Твой дамп хороший, причина другая, диагностика связывается с машиной?? Как пытался вычислить пин??

I am assuming can i communicate with car . NO I can not talk to car .
scanded car and can communicate with any module .
